- Drafting of service contracts / letters of appointment / policy documents – Section 29 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act requires that conditions of service between employer and employee be reduced to writing. In addition, the availability of a disciplinary code, HIV policy, smoke policy etc. is extremely important if the employer is to avoid pitfalls. Labour 2 You offers its clients the above-mentioned documentation, which is specifically adapted to the nature and industry of the Employer’s business.
- Representation of clients in dispute resolution – Disputes between employers and employees are resolved by the CCMA, bargaining councils (MIBCO, MEIBC, etc.) LABOUR 2 You clients are represented by highly qualified officials / legal advisors who specialize in labour law. - Presently Labour 2 You renders a service to clients with regard to registration with the Unemployment Insurance Fund {UIF) and Workman’s Compensation Commissioner (COIDA). Legislation makes it a criminal offence for employers not to register with the above. Employers experience a need for assistance with the submission and follow up of claims, accelerated pay-outs of claims and checking of annual assessments.
